Celebrate fall by learning how to make fresh hard apple cider.
During this demonstration, staff from Perfect Brewing Supply will guide you through the cider making process and get you ready for the harvest. Learn the best type of apple to use, how many apples are needed to make cider, what the best way to press the apples is, and which yeast should be used. There will be the opportunity for hands-on participation and of course some sampling! (Participants must be age 21 or over). Registration begins October 11.
