Youth Program RoomTry a fun and interactive introduction to yoga and mindfulness. Register once per family. Siblings welcome.
Using music, movement, stories, and games, this interactive yoga class will engage your child’s imagination while they learn yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, and guided meditation. Presented in partnership with Yogaview Wilmette.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket and wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided for use during class.
