Presented by Cary Stone-Greenstein and co-hosted by the North Suburban Genealogical Society.
Do you have an ancestor who was on the Mayflower, and you're interested in joining the Mayflower Society? Learn about what the Society is, why you'd want to join, how to join, and places to search for your proof of lineage.
Some of the sources created by the General Society can be accessed by anyone. Other sources (beyond the obvious) for finding proofs in the difficult period before Vital Records will be described. This includes accessing information available to the general public from the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
This is a joint program with the North Suburban Genealogical Society. Please join us at 12:30 for refreshments, and then at 1:00 a short meeting prior to the presentation. All are welcome.
