Want to make a difference but not sure how? Try our new teen club where we'll pair books and other media with current social issues, then discuss what you can do about it. Be entertained and informed!
Be inspired, be informed, be active. For our first meeting during Pride month, read or listen to any one book, article, or podcast about LGBTQ+ history (you can pick your own or we'll post a list if you're stumped), then meet to share what we liked and what we learned. You can also share your passion for other LGBTQ+ artists, musicians, performers, YouTubers, and more here! We'll also talk about Chicago's own The Legacy Project and other ways you can get involved locally!
The Do Something Club will meet quarterly and those who attend can vote on future topics and volunteer projects. Please register with the best email for us to send a link to our virtual programming space. Registration will close two hours before the program begins and registrants will receive a link to join shortly thereafter.
