We will be discussing Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy by John le Carré. British Secret Service Agent George Smiley has discovered a Soviet mole has penetrated the highest level of British Intelligence and has already exposed some of the most vital secret operations and most productive networks. Smiley must now use his lifetime's worth of espionage skills to ferret out a spy who is under the direction of Karla, his Moscow Centre nemesis.
Copies of the book are available at the library. Additionally, ebook and eaudiobook copies are available on Digital Library of Illinois and through the Libby app.
Registration will close two hours before the program begins and registrants will receive a link to join shortly thereafter.
