The tutorial is available on Creativebug, free for Wilmette Public Library card holders. You'll need your library card number to access the site. Your kit will have all the supplies needed for this craft, except scissors and safety pins. After you pick up your kit, log in to Creativebug and search for the "Make Friendship Bracelets" class to get started.
There is no event associated with this self-guided take-home kit.
