Gain clarity and support as you explore educational options for your student.
Wilmette Public Library, in partnership with School District 39’s Parent Association of Student Services, presents an orientation to 504 plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). These plans are used to support students with disabilities in public schools. What is an IEP and how does it differ from a 504 plan? What are the requirements to receive an IEP or 504 and how does this process work in Illinois? This workshop will provide clarity and support as you explore educational options for your student.
