Zoom Adult/TeenJoin us to discuss Gone Baby Gone starring Casey Affleck, Michelle Monaghan, Ed Harris, and Morgan Freeman, in a gripping mystery of a missing girl, corruption, secrets, and moral choices.
Join us for a virtual discussion of Gone Baby Gone. In this moody neo-noir thriller based on the novel by Dennis Lehane, Boston private investigator Patrick Kenzie (Casey Affleck) and his partner Angie Gennaro (Michelle Monaghan) are hired to find a missing girl, only to uncover a web of corruption, moral compromise, and buried secrets. As they clash with world-weary detectives (Ed Harris) and a morally conflicted police captain (Morgan Freeman), their search leads to an impossible decision that will haunt them forever. With its shadowy streets and bruised conscience, Ben Affleck’s directorial debut cuts deep. (from Kanopy)
