Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Chef Violeta Trujeque, originally from Veracruz, Mexico and founder of Violet Velvet Cooking Classes. She will demonstrate how to prepare traditional churros from scratch with a spicy chocolate and vanilla dip. Recipes will be sent to registrants.
