Youth Program RoomHelp your child prepare for life after high school with confidence and support.
This workshop will give families an overview of the transition planning process, including key timelines, services, and supports available in Illinois. Participants will gain tools to advocate for their child and begin preparing for life after high school with confidence. The workshop will include a Q&A and an opportunity to network with other families.
Shannon Wess, MSW, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with an extensive background in autism service delivery and training special education professionals.
This program is presented in collaboration with School District 39's Parent Association of Student Services.
