Take the initial steps to begin these critical conversations.
Death is inevitable, but how we experience the end of life can be shaped by planning. This interactive presentation explores how to talk about death, define a “good” end of life, and create an end-of-life plan that clearly documents your medical and non-medical wishes—easing the burden on loved ones and providing peace of mind. Participants will leave with practical tools to begin these conversations and start their plans.
