Zoom Adult/TeenWhat separates a forgettable essay from a memorable one is often the editing. This workshop covers how to evaluate your college essay drafts and sharpen your writing so it's ready to submit.
This workshop focuses on revision for the Common App essay and supplemental essays: how to spot what's working, cut what's not, and sharpen your voice so your essay stands out to your dream colleges. Whether your draft is rough or "final," leave with tools to strengthen your application and a clear plan for revising your essay and presenting your strongest self. This session is led by Amy Haskell, M.A., M.Ed., former New Trier High School English teacher and founder of Total Writing Enrichment, who has helped hundreds of students navigate the college application process successfully. Registrants will receive a Zoom link to join.
