Learn to play chess, a fun and challenging game for players of all ages! In this program you will learn the rules of this ancient game, some of its fascinating history & tips for how to improve.
Whether you've always wanted to learn, need a refresher, or are a fan of the show Queen's Gambit, this teen & adult program is for you. The program will be led by Bennett A. Joseph, an experienced chess coach who has been ranked in the top 2% of players nationwide.
Prior to registering please create an account for LiChess.org by going to https://lichess.org/signup. This account will be used during the program to practice your skills and your username will be needed to register.
Registration will close two hours before the program begins and registrants will receive a link to join via Zoom shortly thereafter.
