Originally developed by the Stanford d.school and design firm IDEO, Design Thinking is an iterative, human-centered process that entrepreneurs and small businesses can use with the resources they already have to solve customers' real world problems with tailor-made products and services.
John Amundsen, Wilmette Public Library's business librarian and a certified user experience (UX) designer, will lead an overview of the essentials of Design Thinking, using the Grow with Google training framework.
This program will be hosted by the Wilmette and Northrbook Public Libraries.
Please note: Registration for this virtual event will be through Northbrook Public Library and will open on December 1, 2022.
