Eat pizza, build with Duplos and Legos, play in a blanket fort, and experiment with a wind tube. This program is intended for families with children with sensory-input challenges and disabilities.
Sensory-friendly programs are intended for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing disorders, anxiety, or other cognitive or physical disabilities, who have a low tolerance for crowds, loud noises, darkness, flashing lights, and other similar sensory input. Audience members can feel comfortable moving or vocalizing throughout the program.
Families with children and young adults through age 20 are welcome. Register once per family. Call 847-853-6506 for more information.
