Whether you're a new or experienced Game Master, this workshop will teach you how to get started running virtual role-playing games for your friends. View the long description for more information.
Led by a seasoned DM/GM, we will learn the ins and outs of Roll20, the free online virtual tabletop popular for role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulu, Kids on Bikes, and more. While learning how to use the virtual tabletop, we'll also go over tips and tricks to help out beginners new to planning their first adventure, including other online resources available. You do not need a Roll20 account in order to attend this workshop, which will take place on Zoom. Registration will close two hours before the program begins. Registrants will receive a Zoom meeting link shortly thereafter. Contact Krista at khutley@wilmettelibrary.info with questions.
