Join The Wilmette Library and The Family Service Center (FSC) for a 6-week educational series on “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Techniques for Retraining Your Brain”.
Built on a solid foundation of neurological and behavioral research, CBT is an approach almost anyone can use for promoting greater mental health and improving quality of life.This course will utilize videos featuring Dr. Jason M. Satterfield, Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at and the Universty of California San Francisco and group discussion facilitated by FSC staff. You will learn practical tools to evaluate your own needs and to begin to develop a tailored approach towards reaching your personal
goals. Registration opens Febraury 28th.
