Join Chef Susan Maddox as she demonstrates three mushroom-focused recipes. Explore various cooking methods and techniques to get the most flavor while turning mushrooms into edible delights.
Recipes she will demonstrate are Caramelized Onion and Trilogy of Mushroom Soup with Goat Cheese Croutons, Creamy Three Cheese & Portobello Mushroom Risotto and Chicken & Wild Mushroom Surprise with Cognac Peppercorn Sauce. Recipes will be sent to registrants the day of the program.
