Quiet your inner critic and rediscover your creative flow! Join us for a beginner-friendly Art Meditation workshop featuring intuitive line-making, mindful coloring, and zen doodling. As you create, you’ll be gently guided through a relaxing, meditative process that cultivates presence, focus, and calm. Use any coloring or drawing medium you like. No artistic skill or experience needed.
A limited number of kits with materials for the class will be available with registration beginning April 30. Pickup begins May 7 at the Welcome Desk. Kits will be held for one week. Registrants will be sent a link for the May 18 class. The class will be recorded for participants unable to attend the live Zoom class.

If you did not receive a kit and would still like to participate with your own materials, please email Jennifer B. for the Zoom link. You can use any coloring/drawing medium like markers, pencils, crayons and paper that can withstand layers of coloring will work.
