Tom Chowaniec is a Wilmette-based FocalPoint business and executive coach. Before joining FocalPoint, Tom served as CEO or executive vice president for three private equity owned businesses, two of which were sold to strategic buyers. Tom's 30+ years of professional experience includes running $200M+ revenue organizations and leading teams of 1,000+ people at GE Healthcare, Danaher, Cardinal Health and McKesson. Tom's focus on driving results and fostering positive change helps clients find success in competitive markets. Tom is a 1998 MBA graduate of the University of Chicago with honors.
